As part of the Easyfairs group, we are members of the Net Zero Carbon Events pledge and commit to being net zero by 2050 and to halve our greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.

Our main initiatives:

Energy

The venue takes energy-saving measures, produces renewable energy through solar panels and takes measures to save water​.

  • The event venue and stands are equipped with LED lighting

We implement a strict waste management and waste reduction plan and we limit the use of plastic at our events​.

  • Our Smart Badge technology allows significant reduction of paper by our exhibitors

We reduce travel emissions and select our preferred accommodation providers based on sustainability criteria​.

We apply sustainable food sourcing principles at our catering points and work to reduce food waste.
